Loving God, help us through the difficult day ahead.

We pray that our beloved dead are now in your warm embrace.

We pray for their loved ones who are in mourning.

We pray for those who are sick and in pain.

We pray for the doctors, nurses, all healthcare providers and care-givers.

We pray for the scientists who are seeking a cure for this virus.

We pray for those who are quarantined.

We pray for those who are lonely, afraid or anxious.

We pray for those who have lost pay or lost their jobs.

We pray for our civil leaders striving for the best way to lead us through this crisis.

Come to our aid, O God! Deliver us from this time of distress.

We pray for all these things in the name of Christ, our Lord.
