In this installment of Psalm Sense, Paulist Fr. John Geaney reflects on Psalm 84.

As a starting point, Fr. Geaney recalls singing words from Psalm 84 in 1959 when he was part of a choir of seminarians at the dedication of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C..

A veteran Catholic communicator and pastor, Fr. Geaney lives today at the Paulist Center in Boston. He most recently served as rector of the Cathedral of St. Andrew in Grand Rapids, MI.
