In this installment of Psalm Sense, Paulist Fr. John Geaney makes a connection between mothers and Psalm 139.

“My mom was an Irish immigrant. She came in 1923 at the age of 17. She met my dad and they married in 1931,” Fr. Geaney recalled.

A veteran Catholic communicator and pastor, Fr. Geaney lives today at the Paulist Center in Boston. He most recently served as rector of the Cathedral of St. Andrew in Grand Rapids, MI.
