Paulist seminarian Andrew Ouma joined our novitiate in Washington, D.C., in October, 2023.
A native of Kenya, he earned an undergraduate degree in Philosophy with a minor in Religious Studies from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Nairobi.
Prior to entering the Paulist novitiate, he spent the several years living in Brazil where he taught English to middle school students.
“I like seminary because it gives me the opportunity to sit down with the very fundamental questions of life, to be able to know and decide what God wants me to do in life, especially in terms of being a servant of the Church,” said Andrew.
